Please read this policy carefully before purchasing — all sales of final-sale and limited-edition items are non-refundable.We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we accept returns within the following guidelines:
Eligibility for Return
- Returns are accepted within 15 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, in the same condition as received, and returned in original packaging with all tags, labels, protective stickers, and accessories.
- Items marked “Final Sale” or purchased during clearance promotions are non-returnable (this is clearly stated on the product page).
- The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- We do not provide prepaid return labels or reimburse original/outbound shipping fees.
- We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service — we are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
- Email us at ferrerusa@ferrerusa.co with your order number and reason for return within 15 days of delivery.
- We’ll reply within 24–48 hours with the return address and instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
- Refunds are issued only after we receive and verify the returned item.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Limited-edition, one-of-a-kind, and discontinued items are final sale unless damaged or defective.
